- Oversee and manage the HVAC and plumbing service departments, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and allocate resources to meet project deadlines and customer demands
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, to identify areas for improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
