ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Reliant Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be working alongside a team of custodians to ensure a quality focused environment.
While delivering continuous improvement, your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and influence your staff to be safety conscious and productive!

Proven experience as a driven leader (Custodial Preferred)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facility inspections to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
Meeting training expectations for on-boarding team members.
Improvement ideas for staffing, productivity, and operations.
Performing daily documentation regarding cleaning standards, concerns, and employee conduct.
Anticipating initiative and prompt problem solving.
Commuting from various worksites on a daily basis.
