The Project Technical Support Assistant in Document Control provides overall high-quality administrative assistance to the Document Control Team.
This role will sit primarily in the office.

Responsibilities: Provide overall administrative support to the Document Control team.
Assist the project team in the maintenance of construction management documentation.
Attend and document Client and Staff Meetings.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documentation.
Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings.
Maintain documents under safe custody without any damage or deterioration while maintaining traceability.
Assist Turnover Team- audit completed binders, electronic files, and securely store documents.
Assist project team in tracking and managing different versions of documents.
Implementation and maintenance of project filing system.
Ensure that all documentation meets formal requirements and adheres to necessary standard.
Qualifications: EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION High School Diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Requires 3+ years of experience in the field or related area.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 3+ years experience as an administrative support professional Document control experince Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projects Knowledge of Procore is a plus Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Excel and Word are required Strong Technical and communication skills are critical Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
