We are looking for someone to take over the final 6 months of our pet-friendly lease at Piper Lakes Apartment Homes in Grand Haven, MI.
Lease term would be from 2/10/24 through 8/10/24 with the option to extend at the end of the lease term (month-to-month available).
We may be able to be out on or before 2/1/24 if needed sooner.
Unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (master en-suite) unfurnished apartment with vinyl laminate "wood" flooring throughout, large kitchen, living room and dining area, dishwasher, under cabinet lighting, tons of natural light, extremely clean, QUIET, top floor unit with balcony.
Bedrooms are large enough for king-size bed, both closets have walk-in closets with built-in shelving.
In-unit laundry.
Monthly rent is $1,545 plus utilities (average around $75/month).
Piper Lakes normally charges a premium of $250 for a 6-month lease, which would be avoided by taking over our lease.
You will also have the option to extend the lease, if needed.
We paid a $350 one-time, non-refundable pet fee which we will waive and not pass on to new tenant, so unit is pet-friendly with only a $45/month pet fee to Piper Lakes with rent payment.
Great location in Grand Haven, close to beaches, walking trails, tons of restaurants, Meijer and Walmart! Enjoy all Piper Lakes has to offer, including a 24-hour key-fob access clubhouse with fireplace and grill, pool and hot tub (seasonal), coffee station, and complete fitness center.
