Childcare Lead Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children in the daycare - Provide literacy education and support to enhance language development - Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the daycare - Manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Provide early intervention for children who may require additional support - Educate children on basic life skills, such as hygiene and manners - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Skills: - Strong knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development - Experience in literacy education and promoting early childhood literacy skills - Ability to provide tutoring and support to children with diverse learning needs - Understanding of child welfare and the ability to ensure a safe and nurturing environment - Proficiency in behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment - Knowledge of early intervention strategies for identifying and addressing developmental delays - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and staff - Experience in providing care for toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
