Responsibilities: We are looking to hire a full-time experienced office manager for our small machining / manufacturing company.
This position will be a mix of office and hands-on work to help with the day-to-day business operations.
Duties will include general accounting, material control, shipping, budgets, and document control.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Additionally, JobBoss shop management software will be a plus.
The candidate must be self-led and able to take on and manage special projects, preferably from within a manufacturing company.
This will be a full- or part-time position that could be tailored to mutual needs.
Compensation to be based on experience, full-time will include a comprehensive benefits package.
This position will be an integral part of the management team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.
