Food Truck Manager

LEK is seeking an energetic candidate to take the lead in operation of our beautifully-refurbished Harbor Trolley food truck.
Responsibilities will include booking and serving events; working with production chef on menu selections, inventory, and preparing food; serving customers; managing the cash register; and leading the other food service workers in the kitchen and on the truck.
Requirements include a Chauffeur's license and great driving record; at least two years' cooking experience; Servsafe Certification.
Culinary degree, ServSafe Manager Certification, and management experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.
