Job Summary
Preferred Auto Dealerships is seeking a motivated and experienced Body Shop Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual who can manage and oversee operations and staff in our auto body shop.
The ideal candidate should display strong leadership and organizational skills while maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and staff of the body shop
• Manage and review auto body repair services in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Ensure that engineering, safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Monitor progress of project and report progress to stakeholders
• Analyze, prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure completion of daily objectives
• Maintain relationships with customers, staff and other stakeholders
• Prepare estimates, offer parts ordering and follow up repair services
Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience in auto body repair and management
• In-depth knowledge of auto body repair procedures, safety regulations and relevant state regulations
• Previous experience managing a body shop
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Technical proficiency with automotive repair tools and lubrication
