Crumbl Cookies is looking for happy, cookie-loving shift leads and mixers to join their team! Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Must be 18 years or older.
The Shift Lead role will be mainly responsible for running a shift and the Mixers will be mainly responsible for mixing dough and frostings! No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing customer service
Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
Maintaining proper storage of food products
Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
Our bakers will be working in a fast paced, upbeat and energetic
environment.
Someone who is friendly, happy, catches on quickly, listens to instructions and is flexible will fit
this position well.

After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie.
McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing.
They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
