Aero Foil International is seeking a highly motivated individual to take ownership of the responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor.
Must have the ability to manage and set expectations while ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate at peak efficiency.
Position is a hands-on supervisor role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Preventative maintenance and basic repairs of all manufacturing equipment such as, but not limited to CNC Mill, CNC lathe, Campbell Grinder, ONA RAM EDM, Beaumont & CHMER speed hole units, Bridgeport mills, Surface grinders, and Drill presses.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and address maintenance-related issues
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logic controllers, HVAC systems, and low voltage electrical systems
- Proven experience in maintenance management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of technicians
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
