We are looking for a skilled mechanic with a diverse amount of experience to manage our small facility as our Maintenance Manager.
This is a hands-on position with managerial responsibilities.
The individual must be well organized, able to keep accurate truck & equipment logs to track cost and history, and inventory management.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to routine preventative maintenance work on everything from small engines to our largest excavators.
The candidate must have the knowledge and ability to fix and maintain our fleet of trucks ranging from medium to heavy duty, the ability to fix and maintain heavy equipment such as Skid Steers, Excavators, and Loaders, the ability to fix and maintain equipment trailers and gas-powered lawn equipment, and the ability to fix and maintain snow related equipment such as plows, salters, plow trucks, Etc.
Proven experience of 5+ years of mechanical experience.
Must have excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electric components of all types of vehicles and equipment.
Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostics systems and methods.
Knowledge of Diesel and Hydraulics is a plus.
This is a salary position, primarily Monday – Friday, approximately 45 hours per week.
This is a daytime position; however, during winter months during snow events the candidate will be required to work 3rd shift hours to help maintain the fleet.

Salary for this position will range from $48,000 to $56,000 depending on experience.
