Immediate Opening: Ludington area based not for profit organization seeking qualified applicants with construction knowledge and experience to assist in the management of housing programs for low-income residents of Mason, Manistee, Lake and Newaygo counties; and to ensure the continuity of Head Start transportation services and safe facilities.
* Good management,

* written/verbal communication skills,
* people skills,
* and advanced computer skills required.
* Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Primary duties include: Client application review and approval, coordinate job assignments to inspectors and contractors, ensuring program compliance, job tracking and reporting, data entry in statewide system; procurement, coordination and tracking of vehicle and facility repairs.
Salary $40,000 with excellent health, vacation and retirement benefits.
