Group Leader

```Duties``` - Supervise and lead a group of students in various activities and programs - Plan and implement engaging and educational activities for students - Provide guidance and support to students in their social, emotional, and academic development - Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the program - Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior ```Skills``` - Experience working with students in a group setting - First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification - Strong behavior management skills - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Previous experience in babysitting, tutoring, or educating children - Familiarity with daycare or theater programs is a plus - Ability to provide Christian counseling and guidance to students We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Group Leader.
