This employee will have primary responsibility for the planting and harvesting of crops, ensuring the highest quality feed possible to produce the highest quality milk from our cattle.
Duties:
Planting, fertilizing, and harvesting crops as planned by the Crop Manager
Day to day operations involved in cropping.
Regular communication with the Country Dairy’s Crop Manager regarding the progress of cropping activities
Utilization of software used for auto-steering, planting, and harvesting.
Light equipment maintenance, i.
e.
oil changes, greasing, etc.
Excellent communication skills required.
Must be self-motivated.
Must have experience with agriculture related equipment, i.
e.
tractors, semi-trucks, etc.
Any, as required by Country Dairy management.
