*Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE) - *Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE) is a Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Program (PIHP) consisting of 5 Community Mental Health Services Programs (CMHSP) representing 7 counties in Western Michigan.
The LRE is currently seeking an *Autism Manager*, under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, which is responsible for working with regional CMHSPs and providers to maintain compliance with the Behavioral Health Treatment/Applied Behavioral Analysis (BHT) therapy program, as well as waiver programs as needed on behalf of the LRE, including assuring coordination with member agencies.
This position ensures LRE’s Provider Network adherence to policies and procedures through quality assurance, compliance reviews and performance improvement monitoring.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, an analytical approach to problem solving, the capacity to achieve targeted outcomes in a timely manner while working independently, as well as the ability to be flexible, efficient, and effective as part of a team.
This position calls for excellent written and oral communication skills and a clear and unyielding understanding of confidentiality.
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a human services related field and five years experience in the mental health or intellectual disability field required.
Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadline, ability to collaborate with others within a team environment and effectively work independently, and flexibility to meet obligations outside of normal business hours required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and experience working in a CMHSP, PIHP, or other healthcare organization preferred.
Minimum hours will be 40 per week.
Compensation commensurate with education and experience.
