Serve as liaison between vendors, foremen and management
Obtain material pricing information
Complete and submit quotes by project deadlines
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Submit permit applications, locate requests, and follow up to confirm completion
Provide project plans, details and applicable information to on-site staff and management
Manage project to ensure we are meeting completion dates
Create progress invoices throughout entire project
Complete project close out paperwork and duties
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
Monitor company financial reports to identify variances and trends
Qualifications:
Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously
Problem solver who can quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project
Ability to adapt and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on schedule
Works well with a team to achieve project goals
Familiarity with Quickbooks and financial reports, job costing, and cash flow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,800.
00 - $52,000.
