Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including shift management, food service, and hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and support to promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager and other team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food preparation.
- Familiarity with POS systems and ability to analyze sales data to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
