Front of House Manager

We are looking for an experienced Front Of House Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house, including customer service, food and beverage service, and staff management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of the front of house staff.
* Ensure that all guests receive excellent customer service.
* Train and develop front of house staff to meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
* Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet customer demand.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $45,000.
