This position will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting, training, employee development, employee relations, organization development, compensation and benefit administration, safety and HR policies and procedures.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Recruit, interview, evaluate and onboard new hires.
* Ensure employment practices are in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations.
* Process and maintain leave requests such as absences, vacation, FMLA, workers compensation, ADA.
* Perform employment administration including coordinating review process, policy and program development and implementation and employee relations.
* Assist with benefit and compensation administration.
* Participate with safety program
* Assist with development and implementation of training programs.
