Wanted: Printing Project Manager for Muskegon Printing Company

CSP is currently looking for a Project Manager to act as a liaison between customers, production, and the sales department.
Hours are M-TH 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and Fridays 7:30 am – 2:00 pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Establishing and fostering relationships with new and existing clients.
· Writing up orders and providing details to the design and production departments.
· Communication with production and outside vendors to follow projects from start to completion.
· Overseeing and maintaining quality control of projects.
· Gathering job information for estimators and sales people.
· Assisting with purchasing and inventory.
· Addressing customer issues and concerns.
· Other duties as assigned.
Candidates Must Have:
· 1+ years experience in a printing company
· Strong customer service skills
· Proficiency in Excel
· Attention to detail
· The ability to multitask
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong math skills
· A positive attitude
· Teamwork mentality
· The ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
· 1+ years experience as a project manager, customer service associate, or sales assistant.
· Experience with MIS systems, such as Enterprise
