Through effective supervision and leadership and a commitment to HGA’s mission and values, you ensure quality care for the people you serve, and dedicated, motivated, and engaged staff.
$1,000 Sign on Bonus Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate commitment to quality services, as evidenced in responsiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency in delivering person-centered services.
Maintain good working relationships with clinicians, licensing consultant, and guardians.
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely professional manner.
Ensure medical needs of each person are met, with appropriate follow up documentation completed in a timely manner.
Ensure programs and guidelines are followed as written, including behavioral support, person-centered plans, and other individualized plans of service.
Expect the rights of people living in the home are honored at all times and take necessary actions to remediate any potential or actual violation that occurs, per requirements.
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase knowledge and skills to improve management/leadership effectiveness.
Model gentle teaching for staff Lead with clarity, judgement, and commitment to the agency’s mission and values.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills which reflect integrity, ethics, and respect for all levels of HGA persons served, staff, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify problems and take ownership when addressing difficult situations.
Demonstrate effective management competencies, as evidenced by fulfilling legal and ethical obligations as outlined in policy, applicable law, rules, or regulations.
Maintain on-call availability to manage and coordinate emergency situations.
Ensure timely scheduling for staff to ensure the needs of the home are met.

Continuous hands-on monitoring of implementation of HGA’s policies and procedures, as evidenced by positive site review outcomes and licensure.
Maintain employee personnel files, clinical charts, and other records in accordance with policy, rule, law, or regulation.
Prioritize responsibilities and time management efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are met.
Benefits/ Pay: Starting pay $22 and up.
