About the Job:
The Nutrition Group has an open position of Lead Food Service Worker at a local K-12 School Cafeteria.
Duties may include:
Cooking
Food preparation and sanitation
Assisting Director of Food and Nutrition with special programs to promote and expand breakfast and lunch participation
Placing food orders
HACCP and health department regulations
Cost and inventory controls
Accurate accounting practices
Communications with school district official
Qualifications:
Food Service Experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to do basic math and read recipes
Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
