We are looking for a live-in house manager to join our Step Up team! The House Manager is encouraged to work outside the Step Up house while making that house their home with the participants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the house, including ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, communicating maintenance and repairs needs, and communicating with participants daily.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

* A lifestyle that exemplifies personal health, emotional stability, and personal responsibility.
* Communication and leadership skills that will motivate and encourage the Step Up participants.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the house.
* Responsible for maintaining a safe and stable environment that fosters the establishment of mature relationships, healthy lifestyle choices, and personal responsibility.
* Encourage the participants, as well as arbitrate disputes and hold them accountable to house rules.
Responsible for promoting cooperation, accountability, responsibility, and safety.
* Participate in the weekly group dinner/Bible Study discipleship meeting, monthly staff meetings, and occasional meetings with other support personnel.
* Communicate maintenance and repair needs of the house.
* Organize events in the house.
The House Manager will report to the Executive Director; and will understand and follow current Step Up policies, procedures, and guidelines as explained in the Employee Handbook
Annual Stipend: To be Determined with housing and utilities paid by Step Up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $7,000.
00 - $10,000.
