1329 This role includes but is not limited to coordinating and supervising all aspects of operations within the branch ensuring all daily activities are performed in a timely, accurate and courteous manner.
Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate others are necessary.
Actively participates in the branch incentive program by promoting and participating in a sales and service culture consistent with the credit union’s business plan goals.
Proper time management and organization skills required in order to effectively manage miscellaneous projects, offer working leadership as well as supervisory guidance to ensure members are provided with consistent and accurate service.
