ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Reliant Cleaning Operations Manager, you’ll be working alongside a team of account managers and supervisors to ensure a quality focused environment.
While delivering continuous improvement, your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and influence your staff to be safety conscious and productive!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facility inspections to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
Assisting in any training expectations for on-boarding team members.
Improvement ideas for staffing, productivity, and operations.
Performing daily documentation regarding cleaning standards, concerns, and employee conduct.
Taking initiative with communicating and prompt problem solving.
Forward thinker who looks ahead to be proactive with staff and any upcoming projects.
Commuting from various worksites on a daily basis.
