Position Details
Provide clinical leadership and successful execution of day to day operations for Arbor Circle’s Newaygo Outpatient office.
This location provides high quality substance use and mental health services including therapy (individual, family and group), medication assisted treatment, peer recovery coaching, and prevention/early intervention programming.
Services result in improved wellbeing of children, families, adults and the Newaygo community.
Responsibilities include providing trauma-informed and strength based individual supervision to clinical staff, program development thru data driven evaluation and dynamic change management processes that ensures the delivery of quality care, as well as community engagement, collaboration and advocacy.

Position Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.
) - Full licensure strongly preferred.
Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
Prior supervision experience preferred
