Janitorial Team Lead Requirements of Custodian/Janitor TEAM LEAD: Prior cleaning experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners) Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials Lead experience preferred Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions.

We are looking for a Custodian/Janitor TEAM LEAD to serve Newaygo Public Schools Responsibilities of the Custodian/Janitor TEAM LEAD: Cover janitorial routes as needed Basic quality control inspections Train new hires maintain supplies coordinate coverage with Site Manager and Regional Manager collaborate with site manager on employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc.

Janitorial route coverage duties may include (but are not limited to): Clean and restock restrooms Empty Trash recepticles Dust office equipment Wipe down hard surfaces Vaccum, sweep, mop floors Clean interior windows/ doors We offer: Monday-Friday, some weekends, as needed to cover events.
Hours available: Full-time Pay rate: $14.
50 Shift: 2:30pm-11pm Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, Paid Holidays, as well as Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
