Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Procare is looking for an individual who can partner with us to help grow our lakeshore division! This is a leadership role with requires management and leadership skills.
We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in the landscape world, but isn't afraid to prove it first! This opportunity has tons of potential for fast growth, As the lakeshore branch grows, you can grow with it! We are seeking someone who can manage the day to day execution of landscape maintenance on our lakeshore properties.
Services include: Mowing on a commercial zero turn lawn mower, using a weed whip, edger and backpack for weekly mowing.
Monthly weeding and herbicide/pesticide application 1 or 2 shrub pruning occurrence's in the summer months Mulch at the properties that require Small one time projects, irrigation repair, etc.

Job duties: Schedule, and execute all work assigned to you with the team and equipment provided.
ensure quality standards and professionalism is upheld in company equipment and on jobsites Report daily progress to off site manager Recruit crew members and hire when needed.
Requirements: Valid Chauffer's Drivers License At least 2 years landscape maintenance experience Ability to work overtime Ability to use a laptop and learn software Ability to use laptop from home BONUS!
