We’re looking for an experienced heavy equipment and truck mechanic Maintenance Manager.
As a Maintenance Manager, you should have great attention to detail be reliable and able to physically perform the job.
You will need a minimum of 3-5 year experience as a mechanic working with similar equipment such as bucket trucks, brush chippers, skid steers, excavators, semi-trucks, dump truck, and misc.
smaller trucks and equipment.
We are looking for someone who has a record of safe work habits, enjoys repairing equipment, is responsible, able to manage others, reliable, results oriented and would positively impact our team.
Responsibilities:
Able to work indoors and outdoors in the elements.
Work safely with others.
Able to manage and supervise others directly reporting to you
Maintain and repair equipment and trucks.
Read and execute work orders with a team of mechanics.
Positive attitude and reliable.
Follow instructions and perform quality work.
Problem solver and team player.
Work 40 to 50 hours a week.
Licensed driver (CDL is preferred) but not required
