Slingerland '70's 7 piece set - $800 (Ludington)

Seven piece 70’s Slingerland Chrome over wood kit.
Niles badges.
Mounted toms 12x9, 13x10, 14x11; floor toms 14x15 and 16x17; bass drums (2) 20x16.
Includes double Set-O-Matic tom stand (perfect shape and hard to find).
Fiber cases for all.
The shells are the Slingerland multi-ply maple with the reinforcing rings and are in excellent condition, as are the bearing edges.
Classis stick-saver hoops.
The chrome finishes are good to very good for their age with some scuffs and bumps consistent with age and usage.
They currently have Evans black hydraulic headers batter side.
Aquarians on the bass drums.

I am the original owner of the majority of the components of this kit, purchased in the mid-seventies.
They were retired from gigging in 1998, although in recent years I have sometimes used one bass, the 12” mounted and 14” floor tom (with different heads) to create a jazz style kit for small combo work.
Other hardware included: a very nice Slingerland hit-hat stand that works perfectly; two vintage Slingerland boom cymbal stands; two Slingerland vintage flush base cymbal stands; bass drum mounted cymbal arm; a Slingerland Super Speed bass drum pedal (also hard to find); a vintage Pearl single pedal.
Price is firm as $800 is a very favorable price.
The Set-O-Matic stand and hi-hat are probably worth half that by themselves.
Not included with the kit but willing to sell – a vintage chrome Rogers Dynasonic snare of roughly the same era (maybe a little earlier), intact with all the original parts in excellent condition.
Has not been gigged much ever, just been in my collection for a long time.
