QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience working with those age 55 and older a plus.
· Prefer education and/or work experience in related field (business administration, leasing, marketing, advertising, hospitality, etc.
)
· A self-starter, communicator, confident, a good listener, reliable, organized, detailed, motivated and efficient.
· Innovative and creative thinking processes along with customer service skills, supervisory skills and complete focus on the task at hand is beneficial.
Education and Requirements:
* Minimum of a High school diploma is required.
* Experience in accounting, customer service, sales/marketing, supervision and management.
* Computer literacy in MS Word, EXCEL, and Publisher, Email/Outlook and familiarity with the Internet is required.
* Experience with ONESITE (Real Page) computer software.
* Criminal background check is required.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver license is required.
* Real Estate Licensing – Salesperson License (will be required).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Overall operations of a 115 unit senior living apartment community.
Balancing customer service, marketing, leasing, accounting, policies, and procedures, along with oversite of maintenance, food service, housekeeping and activity departments.
Ensuring our residents are well cared for and enjoy their retirement lifestyle as well as creating an enjoyable work environment for our exemplary team.
