Asset Protection Customer Host

Responsibilities: - Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches - Identify and report any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities - Conduct investigations into incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and provide assistance as needed - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection - Assist in the development and implementation of security training programs for employees - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols - Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective report writing and communication with team members and law enforcement - Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Attention to detail to accurately document incidents and gather evidence - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations - Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control systems is a plus Certificate: - Possession of a valid security certificate is preferred but not required This position requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
