The budtenders build the crucial patient relationships, that are truly invaluable to our business.
They educate customers about all the different forms of cannabis, and drives sales for the company.
Our budtenders must be professional, kind and courteous at all times.
Responsibilities: · Collaborate with management and staff to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality service, while maintaining all required laws with the CRA · Provide patients with excellent, considerate service to create long-term customer relationships · Assist patients with cannabis knowledge · Accurate cash handling · Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility · Maintain visually appealing and effective displays · Assist with labeling of new product Requirements: · Positive attitude is a must · High school diploma/GED · Knowledge of cannabis products and their medical benefits or a willingness to learn · Outstanding organizational skills · Retail experience is preferred · Analytical and problem-solving skills · Outstanding communication skills · Exceptional customer service * MUST BE 21+ TO APPLY Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $14.
