Assistant Retail Store Manager

Galactic Toys & Games is hiring! Looking for a Full Time Assistant Retail Store Manager! We are looking for someone who has a strong customer service background.
Knowledge of our products such as TCG (Pokémon & Magic the Gathering), Board Games, and collectibles is a plus.
Scheduled hours are 1-10pm Mon- Friday, 11am-10pm Saturday, Noon-6pm Sunday.
Must be able to work weekends and coordinate hours with the store manager.
Responsibilities: * Managerial duties as assigned including helping with event coordination, managing employees, Opening and closing the store , and much more.
* Welcome customers and identify their needs * Explain and recommend products to customers * Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock * Process product orders * Maintain inventory * Picking tcg card orders * Buying tcg cards * Merchandising the store * Assist in running gaming events * Handle inbound/outbound phone calls * Keeping the store clean Qualifications: * Must be available for weekend and evening hours * Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent) * Must have reliable transportation * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus * Ability to lift 40lbs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong computer skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
