Communication Specialist - Part Time

This position is part time, approximately 20 hours per week - day shifts Summary of Job Responsibilities: The Communications Specialist assists the organization with internal and external communication.
This position participates with media outreach and social media content creation.
This position also supports the organization’s special events.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in writing and editing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate.
Content writing experience for all media platforms.
Proven social media and networking expertise.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
