Job Purpose:
The Retail Sales Auditor is responsible for auditing paperwork received from multiple store locations, verifying its consistency with system data, and interfacing with Retail Operations regarding variances.
Skills:
Experience in a retail environment.
High School diploma or GED with several years of relevant job related experience.
Strong math skills and attention to detail are required.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks are essential.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment is necessary.
Computer literacy and experience using spreadsheet application software is required.
Responsibilities:
Maintains confidentiality of all company, customer, employee, and vendor information.
Audit paperwork received from multiple store locations, ensuring system data is consistent with paperwork received.
Processes received data accurately and timely according to guidelines established by the Accounting & Finance department.
Coach store management regarding daily paperwork tasks and data entry.
Reacts productively to change.
Performs other duties as assigned.
