Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Create and maintain listings of available properties - Coordinate property showings and open houses - Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients - Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process - Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes Experience: - Previous experience in a real estate role is preferred but not required - Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures - Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships - Understanding of property management principles and practices - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus As a Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to work independently while also being part of a supportive team.
