Job Summary:
The International Sales Administrator is responsible for any international administration, but primarily focused on Consumer and Aftermarket Products.
Assisting in the development and execution of the sales programs and marketing plans within Canada, Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America.
The International Sales Administrator supports the Director of International with all responsibilities for the administration, implementation, fulfillment and distribution of all sales, advertising, promotional, and public relations efforts conducted by Brunswick Bowling Products in the international markets for Consumer and Aftermarket Products.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Assists with the development and execution of the Consumer Products strategies and sales activities within Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America with the goal of exceeding sales budgets while maintaining acceptable gross profit margins.
Establishes and maintains relationships with international customers and industry influencers.

Serves as a primary contact for international distributors with OEM ball planning and order placement, and then collaborates with Product Management on the planning and production of OEM balls.

Manages international staff players including contracts, equipment, and communications relating to their staff responsibilities.

Manages order processing and shipping/logistics.

Communicates new product introductions to international distributors.

Assists with program development, promotions, tournaments/events, and international sales forecasting.

Prepares monthly sales reports/presentations.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years sales or marketing experience with advanced understanding of competitive bowling and the bowling industry.
Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent industry experience and training
