Job Description
We are conducting interviews for Agent in Training candidates in the West Michigan market.
Candidates will receive outstanding training, mentorship from established, successful agency owners and the opportunity for ownership of their own agency with successfully completion of the program.
Salary: $25000.

Responsibilities
Develops insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
Community Involvement
Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc
Relationship building
Use lead management systems
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
Requirements
MUST hold a valid insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and/or Health)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong desire for personal and professional growth.
