We are a well-established painting company seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations, participating in marketing events, and managing projects with painters.

* Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions: Client consultations (i.

, applying the skills of listening, information seeking, and relationship building), Project management, and Business Development.
* Collaborate with all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.
* Work effectively in a team environment that supports open communication and accountability in order to meet business objectives.

*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain open appointment availability for potential customers and achieve sales goals.
* Build customer relationships by focusing on implementing Fresh Coat Painter's proven processes.
* Provide on-site and remote one-on-one customer consultations.
* Create a customized and detailed proposal for customers based on their needs.
* Complete ongoing customer communications.
* Ensure the brand has a local presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and other community events.
* Eligible for Participation in Regional and/or National ongoing training Conferences/ Meetings.
* Maintain documentation of current activities in Fresh Coat's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
* Prepare weekly analysis of results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with management for development purposes.
*Qualifications:*
* 1+ year degree in a related field, preferably in the services industry
* Prior sales experience as in-home sales within the construction or painting industry (preferred)
* Driver’s License with a clean driving record
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Goal-oriented, organized, and energetic
* Project, time management, and problem-solving skills
* History of accomplishments and promotions
