Apply today!Compensation: $53,500 Responsibilities: Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings Qualifications: Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Has a real estate license About Company The Lash Group is one of the largest and most successful teams in West Michigan.
