Looking for a full-time property management team member to join our energetic and dedicated maintenance coordination team.
Applicant:
* Must possess good computer, customer service and communication skills
* Must possess strong problem solving skills
* Must be able to work independently and collaboratively on various projects while simultaneously handling routine administrative tasks
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *General office duties: answer phones, emails and communicate with team*
* *Maintenance coordinating duties: input work orders, attend city inspections contact tenants, communicate with owners, assign vendors jobs, manage maintenance crew, enter/verify invoices, schedule turnovers, etc.
*
* Interface directly with tenants, owners and vendors
* Regular property check-ins, inspections, etc.
throughout Greater Muskegon (this job will be 20% field work-using employees own vehicle \*mileage reimbursed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.
00 - $37,000.
