We are looking for a full time administrative professional to join our high producing Real Estate Team.
The ideal candidate would be a direct support and assist with all listings, market analysis, manage clientele, submit listing paperwork, provide showing information, give feedback to clients and assist in various day to day task.

*Job Duties & Responsiblities include, but are not limited to:*
\*Assist with all Real Estate Listings by submitting paperwork and contribute towards data entry
\*Prepare Comparative Market Analysis
\*Update and Provide prompt showing feedback to clients via Phone or Email
\*Assist in Various day to day office tasks and general office duties as assigned
\*Input data into CRM and maintain Data Base
\*Ensure that the proper format policies are followed and recommend revisions
\*Answer telephones and respond accordingly
\*Implement Past Client Program
*Required Qualifications:*
\*Previous Secretarial Experience
\*Data Entry Experience
\*Social Media Knowledge and Experience
\*Superior Customer Service Skills
\*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner within a fast paced enviroment
\*Excellent computer skills are essential; microsoft office suite, spreadsheets, presentation software and possibly graphic design programs
\*Strong writing skills to contribute towards the creation of brochures, fliers, and property write ups
\*Strong attention to detail and high organizational ability
\*Positive Attitude, Self Starter, Team player giving 100%
